Payments

We have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers in their dealings with us. We have created a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet.

Our e-commerce system uses the National Australia Bank's Secure Internet Payment Service (N-SIPS) which provides security and privacy for both the customer and the merchant.

The customer provides their credit card details directly to the National, and the merchant receives an approval code from the National, for payments. This minimises the disclosure of the customers information and provides a layer of confidentiality to the transaction. Security A very significant aspect of N-SIPS design is the security mechanism that greatly improves security and privacy of credit card payment transactions conducted over the internet. N-SIPS uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology to secure communication sessions with customers and merchants.

Using firewalls in front of the Payment Gateway (N-SIPS) and within the system, it restricts access to information regarding the payment transactions.

Internet consumers with browser not supporting SSL 3.0 or above encryption technology (eg browsers with versions lower than Internet Explorer 4.0 & Netscape 4.01) are not allowed access to payment facility, as transaction details cannot be securely transmitted.


Shipping

Placing and Accepting Orders

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Corporate Data Solutions is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Corporate Data Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.

How does my order arrive?

We have set out to make receiving your order as easy and safe as possible. We will use both Australia Post and a courier service, where suitable, to deliver your orders to you.


What if not all of my order is in stock?


Your order will be shipped when the majority of your order is ready. In other words, if you order four items, and only three are available, those three will be shipped and the fourth item will be sent to you when it comes into stock. However, if you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you first and ask if you would like the remainder of your order sent out straight away or if you would like to wait until all the items in your order are in stock.


Some items have an extra delivery fee. Why?


You will notice that some products mention an extra fee for delivery. This will apply when the item you are ordering is either very large, heavy or very fragile. The extra fee will be clearly listed, so you can see how much extra will be added for freight, before you get to the check out. The extra fee will be added on top of the normal delivery fee charged.


Our delivery charges are as follows –


Victoria – First item AUD$10.00, every subsequent TBA

Interstate – First item AUD$15.00, every subsequent TBA

When will my order arrive?


You can expect to receive your order within three to five working days. If there will be a longer delay, we will contact you before we ship your order out.


What if my order does not arrive after five days?


If you have not received your order after five days, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We have no way of knowing if you have received your order or not, so it is important that you contact us if you are concerned.


I think my order is lost?


If an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.


Can I avoid paying for delivery?


Yes. You can always elect to collect your order yourself, or have someone else collect it for you, directly from our premises..
This way, you will have no delivery charges added to your order.


What happens if the address is incorrect?


It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If after placing the order, you find out that the shipping address for the order has changed, or you have made a mistake in the address details, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the goods have already been shipped, there is nothing we can do.

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

Cancellation

If a order is returned to us after 7 days and the item is not faulty a 20% restocking fee will apply.

The Item returned must be in a as new state, including packaging otherwise the item will not be accepted if
it is not in resaleable condition.
